1. Product warranty period: The products provided by our company will be free of all maintenance, parts replacement, whole machine replacement, transportation and other costs for three years from the date of delivery, and lifetime maintenance. If it cannot be used normally after three repairs within the warranty period, it shall be replaced unconditionally. At the same time, the warranty period can be extended according to user requirements.

2. Except for occasional on-site inspections, the company sends out after-sales service personnel from time to time for free instrument maintenance and parts replacement services. If the product fails, the technical response will be received within 2 hours of receiving the notice. The company will send staff to the site for repair within 24 hours and resolve the problem within 24 hours. And bring a spare machine to replace if necessary.

3. Provide complete electronic lecture notes for all instruments of our company. According to user needs, provide free operation, maintenance, training and other activities in any form. During the warranty period, the instrument software part is upgraded, and the company unconditionally upgrades the original software part.

4. Product service standard: During the warranty period, all maintenance, parts replacement, transportation and other fees will be waived; after the warranty period expires, our company will provide after-sales maintenance for life and only charge the cost of parts without any additional costs.
